    I love to go for daily 2-3 mile walks. I don’t usually keep track of my heart rate while exercising but something like this would be great for that!

    I walk for most of my workouts………… get my heart rate up after I warm up I walk real fast for about 5 min then slowly slow down and build back up to walking fast.

    I like to go for long walks. My husband likes to use the treadmill. We could both use this to monitor our heart beats, which we don’t do now.
