Avoid the Burn

May 2, 2013 by Emilee Evans

sunscreen
It’s time to start thinking about sunscreen! Here in Texas we’ve already been thinking about it – and using it! A good broad spectrum sunscreen with safe ingredients can be hard to find. Rocky Mountain Sunscreen offers broad spectrum sunscreens (UVA/UVB) sunscreens that are waterproof, greaseless, gluten free, PABA Free, fragrance free, and hypoallergenic. They are even fortified with aloe and can be used as a daily moisturizer! I have a friend who does this and says it is the key to her youthful looking skin!
Rocky Mountain Sunscreen offers various SPF options from SPF 30, SPF 50, SPF 60, and SPF 70. They also offer various sizes including: travel sizes, quarts, and gallons. You can purchase them in Family Value Packs as well and save! If you’re like us, you have more than one bottle of sunscreen anyway – one for each of the different bags that go along with us! They even offer refillable bottles for the eco-conscious consumers like myself that like to recycle the bottles! They even address the sunscreen safety concerns in details with references. As an ingredient conscious consumer I definitely respect their attention to this detail and the fact that they know it is important for consumers to be informed to make their own decisions.
You definitely don’t want to wait until it’s too late! Make sure you are protecting your skin this summer!

‘Fragrance Free’ – those two little words can mean the difference between comfortable and not so much! Yes, I have to have a decent SPF whenever I’m in the sun, but i would prefer not to reek like the perfume counter at Walgreens, ick! Thanks for the heads-up on this stuff.

I know we’re supposed to wear sunscreen whenever we’re out, but I always forget unless we’re going swimming. :-/

This looks like a good sunscreen to use; thanks for review.
