Eardoc Ear Pain Relief {Review}

October 3, 2013 by Emilee Evans

Disclosure: I received the product mentioned to facilitate my review. Regardless, I only recommend products I feel would be good for my readers. All opinions are my own.
Eardoc review
We had the chance to try the Eardoc, which is a natural way to relieve ear pain caused by ear infections, air pressure changes, fluid in the ears, and other troubles. Eardoc works by using vibration to open the Eustachian tubes to release pressure and fluids. This is great for those that get constant ear infections as it is a natural ear infection treatment for children. It is also a great solution for those that travel a lot or those that swim a lot. It is effective for both children and adults.
Although I am glad our children haven’t had many ear infections I have a lot of ear problems. If I notice minor symptoms and don’t act on them I often get labyrinthitis, which is extremely unpleasant. I am what some people may call “stubborn,” though in that I don’t want to run to the doctor to get medication for every ailment. If there is a natural alternative available I want to take it!
Although I haven’t experienced any of my more nagging ear symptoms since using the Eardoc, I am definitely excited to have it available. In fact, I believe the reason I haven’t experienced any of my ear symptoms is BECAUSE I have been using the Eardoc at the first sign of any ear pain.
The main difference I noticed is when traveling in the car when there were pressure changes I was able to use the Eardoc to relieve the symptoms. Even traveling in a car can be really uncomfortable for me because I am so sensitive to the changes. I often get headaches due to the pressure changes in my ears. What a relief to have a solution!
The Eardoc is really simple to use as well. It’s non-invasive, and it’s something I can use on our kids with sensory concerns without any fuss. The new and improved version like the one we reviewed has a simple push button mechanism to control the level of vibration. It has 10 levels of intensity. It is recommended that you first put it against the ear and then build up the intensity to the desired intensity. To turn it off you simply bring it back down until it turns off. That’s it! Easy, right?
See how it works and how easy it is to use in my video:

(Pardon the boxes in the background – we just moved and are still unpacking!)
Overall, I’m definitely impressed with the Eardoc, and I’m happy that we now have a natural alternative to not only helping my ear pain but also for the kids in case they do get ear infections or other ear problems.

    WOW is all I can say – my daughter has gotten at least 4-5 ear infections per year since she was born and she is going to be 7 next month! It’s always right after she gets a cold or something and the fact that the Eardoc drains the ear would be so awesome for her 🙂

    Wow. I go to the dr atleast twice a year for my son’s ear infections. Its great that it works from the outside & vibrate, so we are not sticking anything into his little ear. I think he would use it. Thanks for the giveaway
