eMeals Review and Giveaway {over}

May 26, 2013 by Emilee Evans

Meal planning saves both time and money. I’m sure you’ve heard this time and time again. I have, too, and I’ve seen the difference in our finances when we had poor planning versus good planning. eMeals is a great resource that takes the guesswork out of meal planning and helps you save your time and money! In fact, financial guru Dave Ramsey recommends eMeals meal planning! It provides multiple meal plan options from Natural and Organic to Gluten-Free or whatever your needs or preferences may be! eMeals helps provide healthy and delicious dinners for busy families and individuals. The eMeals weekly dinner plans include grocery shopping lists and recipe instructions that are really simple to follow.
I started using eMeals last month and chose the Natural and Organic dinner plan. I have been trying for a while to “get better” at meal planning, and I heard so many great things about eMeals that I decided to actually DO it. It provides the resources to do so. As with most recipes if I do need to tweak it, I can, but it provides a good base, and a thorough grocery list to follow.

Here is one of our family favorites:
Pancakes

As you can see, it even gives you an estimated prep time, cook time, and then total time. It lists all the ingredients you need in the middle, and the recipe/instructions on the right. Simple, right? The meal plan and grocery list for each week is sent to your email, and it in PDF form. The grocery list is in an easy check-off form, so you can check off what you already have and what you get as you purchase it! eMeals is also available as an app for even more convenience!

    I don’t use a meal plan, but I would like to be able to. I’ve never been that organized, but I know it would save money and frustration.

    I try to follow a meal plan at least 4 times a week. Sometimes life gets in the way. This is a new habit I am working on – I hope to follow meal plans for entire month eventually. I would love to try emeals!
