Eating Healthy with Fresh n' Lean

May 31, 2015 by Emilee Evans

As a busy mom who is trying to eat healthy, convenience isn’t always a luxury. Most foods that are convenient contain GMO’s, artificial ingredients, processed foods, etc. I was excited to be introduced to a meal service that offers delicious and healthy meals made with fresh, wholesome ingredients without added preservatives, additives, sodium and sugar.
Fresh N Lean Logo
Disclosure: I received complimentary products to facilitate my Fresh n Lean review. Regardless, all opinions are my own.
Fresh n’ Lean is a healthy meal delivery service company that focuses on making fresh and organic meals that taste great. Their meals use only the highest quality ingredients and are plant-based. They are delivered right to your door and are ready for easy preparation for a quick and healthy solution!
For my review I received Fresh N’ Lean meals which included 5 days worth of meals. They arrived with ice packs and noted to be refrigerated upon arrival. They are prepared fresh and only require refrigeration. Preparation is as easy to placing them in a microwave or, if you prefer, the stove. The containers are microwave and oven safe. Plus they are made from recycled materials and can be recycled as well!
Fresh n' Lean Meals
I love that Fresh n’ Lean uses only fresh ingredients. Fresh n’ Lean meals ALWAYS:

  • Gluten-Free
  • Plant-Based
  • Low Fat
  • Low Sugar
  • Low Sodium
  • Made with Organic Ingredients

Fresh n’ Lean NEVER Uses:

  • GMOs
  • Artificial Flavors
  • Preservatives
  • MSG
  • Corn-Derived Ingredients
  • Dairy

Awesome, right? Not only is it perfect for eating healthy, organic foods conveniently, but they are gluten-free as well, which is another diet change I am personally working on to improve my health! Their menu is inspired by many cuisines including Asian, Continental, South American, and Mediterranean. It contains no seasoning so you can season to your taste, and they include seasoning recommendations.

So what did I think? I think I’m in love! Fresh n’ Lean meals are convenient, healthy, and absolutely delicious! They introduced me to a new combination of foods, and they are foods that help me feel better and could improve my overall health! It’s eating organic, gluten-free, and plant based made easy! It’s the perfect solution to a busy parent like myself who is trying to eat healthier!

This looks great. So many nights we are in a hurry and dinner is something that is so not very good for us. To have this conveniently available would be great.
