Keep the Bugs Away Giveaway Sponsored by Natrapel
Hosted by Pea of Sweetness
Mosquito bites can be more than just itchy and annoying. They can be downright dangerous! Mosquitoes carry multiple diseases including the Zika virus, which has been making headlines lately. You don’t have to be stuck inside, though! Finding an effective repellent is key! Natrapel uses 20% Picaridin, a CDC recommended active ingredient. It’s long lasting and effective, too! Learn more in my Natrapel review.
Would you like to win a 3.4 fl. oz. pump bottle of Natrapel? This giveaway runs through 8/12 at 11:59pm Eastern Time and is open to US residents ages 18+.

My favorite spot is my patio…it’s not too bad until evening arrives, then the mosquitos arrive too.
Lakes is it
Our biggest problem has been with chiggers this year. We use yucky bug spray with deet in it, and it does help some, but not completely. We’ve had chiggers off and on for weeks now. 🙁 We have two garden areas and livestock to take care of, so we’re outside at home a lot! I would love to try a more natural option again for bug repellent!

Oh no! Chiggers can be terrible. 🙁
My wife and I built a fire pit and we’ve been hanging out by the fire in the evenings. The bugs are relentless so it’s tough to just sit back and relax.
