The Madelaine Chocolate Company Review

October 27, 2012 by Emilee Evans

The Madelaine Chocolate Company
The Madelaine Chocolate Company dedicated themselves to perfecting the superior taste and quality of their chocolate. Their belief that everyone should be able to afford great tasting chocolate is what drives their commitment to their customers, and ensures that they never compromise on flavor or quality. I was very excited to try their chocolates! For the review we had a chance to try their chocolate turkeys and chocolate coins! I LOVE that they have so many seasonal options, and the turkeys are PERFECT for Thanksgiving! I was really interested in the coins because I knew I could work a way to use them in our homeschooling math for learning and as a reward! It worked perfectly! ๐Ÿ˜‰
Madelaine Chocolates
When we first got the chocolates we were VERY excited to try them! The packaging was beautiful! They came with the nice cold gel packs to make sure they wouldn’t melt. And although it has started cooling off here in Texas it was still pretty hot the last couple of weeks, so I was very glad they were packaged like that! We were definitely ready to try them right away! You cannot open a box with chocolate in it and not expect the kids to want some NOW! I told them I had to take pictures first and then we could try a turkey together! The turkeys were hollow, but definitely big enough to split between the 4 of us – the 3 kids and myself. So we all had a good taste, and it was GOOD! I love a good chocolate, and The Madelaine chocolate company really delivered! The chocolate just melts in your mouth. I asked my husband to describe it, and he said he would describe it as “very creamy.” I liked it so much I woke him from a nap to try a turkey as well!

I saved the coins for a later time so we could use them for counting during math! I really don’t think they’ve ever paid such close attention in math before! They are both very good at math, but they were exceptionally attentive and eager for their chocolate rewards! The coins were just as good as the turkeys! They are a different thickness but still just melt in your mouth! We really enjoyed them! Here are the kids enjoying that first turkey straight after I opened up the box and took the pictures! They’re all standing around the table I used to take the pictures! haha

The Madelaine Chocolate Company also has a great selection of chocolates for all the holidays and any occasion! There is so much more than just chocolate by itself as well! Chocolate covered fruits, chocolate covered nuts, snack mixes with chocolate, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, etc. It’s seriously perfect for all chocolate lovers! Thanksgiving is quickly approaching and these little turkeys are the PERFECT Thanksgiving treats! And Chocolate coins make a great treat ANY time! I also loved that I could take the wrapper off carefully from the turkeys and they stayed in tact! We’re going to use them in some of our Thanksgiving projects! What are some special treats you like to have at Thanksgiving?
