PB Crave Review

September 24, 2013 by Emilee Evans

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
We love peanut butter in this house. It makes for a quick, easy lunch on busy homeschool days or an on-the-go lunch when we venture out for our school day. Not to mention, it also makes a great snack! I was so excited to have the chance to try PB Crave! PB Crave offers four peanut butter blends that add an interesting twist to our typical favorite.

PB Crave

We had a chance to try all 4 flavors – Cookie Nookie, Choco Choco, CoCo Banana, and Razzle Dazzle. I know I was just as excited as the kids were to try them! I love that PB Crave is made with quality ingredients and doesn’t contain all the ingredients we want to avoid! They have no hydrogenated oils, syrups (including no high fructose corn syrup), or artificial flavors. They also don’t have any artificial sweeteners or colors! They are also gluten and cholesterol free! Of course, being ingredients conscious, I checked every label, and I was so excited!
When you first open the jars you do have to stir them as the natural ingredients do separate a little. Of course, when I asked the kids which one they would like to try first they all chose a different one! I was eager to try them all, though, so I didn’t mind! The collective household favorite is the CoCo Banana. We can’t get enough of it! We use it for sandwiches, with our fruit (it’s particularly good with strawberries), and even our vegetables!
There actually isn’t one that we DON’T like! We use them all in the ways I described! For an even more interesting experience you can even combine them! I admit, we’ve even had all of them just on a spoon! It’s a great, quick pick me up snack!
Each flavor has a full flavor without being overwhelming, and they all have a nice, smooth peanut butter consistency (with the added treat of chocolate chips in the CoCo Banana and Cookie Nookie). They all have a slightly sweet flavor thanks to the wild honey!
PB Crave
The amazing flavors aren’t the only thing that makes PB Crave different, though. They’re also out to make a difference! They have a goal to save the lives of 2 million children! At least 2% of the profits from a jar of PB Crave goes to Project Peanut Butter. Project Peanut Butter is a non-profit organization that is focused on treating malnourished children. Malnutrition is the leading cause of death for children under age 5 around the world. We can join PB Crave in making a difference! You can also donate directly to Project Peanut Butter at www.pbcrave.com I love this!
PB Crave is available at Walmart Supercenters and Cost Plus World Market stores throughout the US. You can find a store near you by using their Store Locator on the PB Crave homepage.

I am not a big peanut butter eater. But if it has choc. chips in it, I might give it a go. So awesome that they are contributing to stopping hunger. Thanks. Vicki.

I’m just glad to see they are making all these wonderful flavors with peanuts. I’m “sensitive” to hazelnuts (not quite an allergy – yet), and have to avoid Nutella and the like. Have you tried these in any of the “other spread” recipes out there? I wonder how they would hold up… Am definitely thinking of trying one in a smoothie, however!

I haven’t yet, but their Choco Choco has a thicker consistency very similar to that of Nutella, so I think it could be easily substituted in recipes!

The PB sounds delicious. I want to back a company that is trying to make a difference in children’s lives. I applaud PB Crave for contributing 2% of their profits to undernourished kids.

They all sound so good. We all love peanut butter here and they wouldn’t last long at our house. I know the next time I’m at Walmart I’ll be checking out the Razzle Dazzle just for me.
