The Gluten Free & Allergen Friendly Expo is Coming to the Midwest May 2-3!

April 2, 2015 by Emilee Evans

Many people have food allergies and/or sensitivities. They are also finding many chronic conditions can be aggravated by things such as gluten. Our family is working on going gluten-free because I have a chronic pain condition (and most likely and auto-immune disorder) as well as Sensory Processing Disorder. Plus we have a child on the Autism Spectrum and our other two children have Sensory Processing Disorder like myself. We want to improve our health naturally, and looking closely at the ingredients and cutting out things like gluten, which has been recommended. I have to admit, it’s been a challenge, and empowerment is key.
