Read and Play with Go! Go! Sports Girls

January 25, 2015 by Emilee Evans

I had such an amazing time at the Chicago Toy and Game Fair and had the chance to meet a lot of great companies. Some particularly stood out, and the Dream Big Toy Company offers a concept I just absolutely love with their Go! Go! Sports Girls!
Go! Go! Sports Girls
Disclosure: I received a complimentary product to facilitate my Go! Go! Sports Girls review. Regardless, all opinions are my own and those of my family.
Dream Big Toy Company™ created Go! Go! Sports Girls™ as a fun and educational way to promote self-appreciation and the benefits of daily exercise, healthy eating and sleeping habits, self-esteem and overall healthy life-skills for girls ages 3-12.
Go! Go! Sports Girls™ are age and size appropriate. They do not encourage an older or overly mature image. The image is innocent with a subtle yet strong message – appreciate and be true to yourself!

For our review we received Cheerleader Girl Roxy Read & Play.
It was actually hard for our daughter to choose. She is very active and wants to try many different sports. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to do so, though she was taking Tae Kwon Do before we moved. Now that we’re settling in our new home, we’re going to be looking into different options. I love that simply looking at all the Go! Go! Sports Girls has given her new ideas of what she might want to try!
Go! Go! Sports Girls Review
I love so many aspects of Go! Go! Girls! I love that it encourages fitness and overall health and does so in a healthy, positive way. I also love that the read and play encourages children to read as well! Aurora loves reading Roxy’s story! Plus she loves to have her new doll to take along and share her story with others. She loves playing with her!
I love that Go! Go! Girls shows young girls it’s fun to be active and healthy- and stay true to yourself! Plus having a daughter that is shy, it’s nice to discover something encouraging. Even though she expresses interest, she also is nervous about the idea of trying sports and she is also self-conscious. Now she feels encouraged and excited!
I think Go! Go! Sports Girls are great for any girl whether they are already involved in sports or need encouragement. Plus I love that the Read & Play also encourages reading as well as friendship as they bond with their doll and share her and her stories with friends!

Polly Pocket Review

June 24, 2013 by Emilee Evans

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Polly Pocket. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.

Polly Pocket

For our review we received the Polly Pocket Wall Party Tree House Playset and the Polly Pocket Zip ‘N Splash Playset. Aurora was very excited to say the least. Not only are the play sets smaller so you can take them with you more easily, but they don’t take up a lot of extra space in her room either! Plus, the Polly Pocket Wall Party Tree House Playset safely attaches to the wall, which leaves even more room space, and she’s able to play with them without getting on the floor. It makes it easier for me to join in the fun as well! I don’t get up from the floor as easily as I used to, so I particularly enjoy this feature!

Polly Pocket Tree House

The Polly Pocket Wall Party Tree House Playset comes with Polly Pocket and a cat. Aurora loves cats, so she was really excited. There is a basket lift to help Polly and her friends come up to the tree house, a slide, a trap door for the cat (who Aurora has named “White Whiskers”) to go to her bed, and more. Add a little girl’s imagination, and you can imagine what a blast it can be! Plus, Polly and “White Whiskers” have suction cups so she (and our 3 year old son) have had a blast finding different ways to hang them upside down in the tree house in different play scenarios!

Polly Pocket Splash

The Polly Pocket Zip ‘N Splash Playset came with Polly Pocket, a dog, and a monkey (she hasn’t named them yet). Just add water for a fun play experience! Polly goes down the zip line and triggers the monkey and dog along the way. They all end up in the pool at the bottom together while getting a waterfall from above! It is so much fun! I definitely recommend having towels or playing with this set in a “water friendly” room like the bathroom or kitchen. Then, have a blast!
Polly is such a great toy to inspire imaginative play! You can easily check out all the details and purchase these fun Polly Pocket sets below at an awesome discount through July 17th! There is also an amazing expanded wall set available for even more fun! Check it out!
