My review:

For my review I received the Goody QuikStyle Half-Round Styler brush. I have really thick hair, so it takes so long for my hair to dry. I don’t like to blow dry it for a long time, though, because it gets so dry. This brush is just what I need! It cuts down the dry time, and I can even let my hair air dry and brush it a few times throughout, and it looks sleeker and dries faster! The microfiber really does help the dry time, and the half-round style really helps me to brush under those silly hairs that like to stick out! I’ve found I can also use it for an “everyday” brush as well and love it just the same. I also like that the microfiber is antimicrobial! There really isn’t much I DON’T like about this brush. I only regret that I didn’t get one sooner! I see ads for it everywhere, but it wasn’t until I received it in my VoxBox that I realized the purpose of the microfiber. What a great idea! I’m pretty picky with bristle texture as well, and the bristle texture of this brush is nice as well.  The handle is comfortable to hold and didn’t put strain on my hands, which is important because I have physical issues with my hands. I want to get the paddle brush as well! Overall, whether you’re looking to cut down dry time or just looking for a new every day brush, I would recommend this brush.

My review:

I received the Cherry Pistachio Quaker Real Medleys in my influenster Holiday VoxBox. I noticed the difference between Real Medleys and “traditional oatmeal” right away. The Quaker Oats Real Medleys Oatmeal+ has a thick texture and big chunks of fruit. The Cherry Pistachio obviously has pistachios as well, which gave it a unique added flavor and texture. I was skeptical that this little cup would fill me up, but it is very filling! The flavor was great, too! I am not familiar with pistachios, but I enjoyed them! The Quaker Real Medleys is also really simple to make, and it makes a perfect breakfast or snack when you’re in a pinch – as I often am! Plus, I feel good about the ingredients, so it’s not only something I can make when I’m short on time or on the go, but it’s a much better option than something other quick, easy snacks! I think Quaker really outdid themselves with the Real Medleys, and I’m glad I got to try it!

EBOOST is a boost that does more. It’s a mood boost, focus boost, natural boost, and a no-crash boost that also supports the normal function of the immune system.
EBOOST uses real ingredients, stuff you’ve heard of like Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Green Tea, Vitamin B-12 and Folic Acid. And the stuff you might not have heard of: Quercetin, 5-HTP, Resveratrol, Huperzine-A — it’s all good too. What could be sweeter than that? Well, we even sweeten our product with Stevia, a plant, not a chemical.

My review:

I have had the chance to try EBOOST in both the Orange and Pink Lemonade. Out of both flavors I preferred the Pink Lemonade personally because I, in general, don’t prefer orange. Both flavors, though, were the right amount of flavor – not too strong, but not tasteless. I was very excited to read the natural ingredients. I love that they use a natural sweetener rather than an artificial sweetener because artificial sweeteners can trigger my migraines and Fibromyalgia flare-ups. So using a natural sweetener like Stevia definitely made it more appealing to me! It also has helpful vitamins as well.
The EBOOST sample I received was an individual powder pack. I simply had to add it to water and mix it up! It mixed easily and didn’t leave a gritty feeling. It makes a nice fizz when you first mix it. It did add a little “pep in my step,” too, which is nice! I think combined with good nutrition and a fitness routine EBOOST would be a fantastic addition for an extra boost and supplements!

Holiday VoxBox Review

I’m so excited I was selected to receive the 2012 Holiday Voxbox from influenster! It’s always exciting to open a VoxBox and see what’s inside, and I really didn’t know what to expect in this one! I could guess based on the qualification survey, but I still felt like I was guessing. I love that feeling! You can see in the picture there were quite a few awesome goodies!
