Chewigem Giveaway (ends 9/19)

September 5, 2014 by Emilee Evans

Chewigem Giveaway Sponsored by Chewigem

Hosted by Pea of Sweetness

Co-Hosted by Deals of Sweetness

Chewigem Giveaway

It is widely recognized that many children with sensory needs find chewing a way of remaining calm during times of stress. Chewigem is designed for the mild to moderate chewer and is intended to sooth and comfort children through adults with any type of additional needs. Their products are made of FDA approved silicone and are lead, latex, BPA, PVC and phthalate free, allowing parents and caregivers the peace of mind of knowing that safety standards have been met. Their varying designs and colors allow there to be a special Chewigem for everyone! They make great breastfeeding necklaces as well!

As someone with Sensory Processing Disorder and three children with special needs – one on the Autism Spectrum and two with Sensory Processing Disorder like myself, I understand the need for sensory products that are helpful and discreet. See what I thought about the stylish sensory chewelry I got to review for our daughter and myself!

One winner will receive the Chewigem product of their choice. This giveaway begins on 9/5 and ends on 9/19 at 10:00pm (times are Central) and is open to US and Canada ages 18+. Winner is subject to eligibility verification. Please refer to the full terms and conditions in the Giveaway Tools.

Desert Made Teething Necklaces Giveaway (ends 1/5)

December 22, 2013 by Emilee Evans

Teething Necklaces Giveaway Hosted by Pea of Sweetness

Sponsored by Desert Made

Co-Hosted by Deals of Sweetness

Teething Necklace Giveaway
Desert Made specializes in handmade Baltic Amber and Hazelwood jewelry for babies, kids and adults as well as offering silicone teethers!
Many people think of Amber jewelry as just being beneficial to babies and toddlers for teething when really Amber can be worn by anybody for its healing properties. You probably know I have a chronic pain condition, Fibromyalgia, and my husband has chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy, so we have been wearing Amber Jewelry from Desert Made for our review. The adult jewelry comes in many styles and sizes as well as those for kids and babies.
In the same way, the silicone teething necklaces have come in handy even though our kids are older (our youngest is 3) because they all have special needs that involve sensory seeking. They always have a need to put something in their mouth, so finding something that is appropriate is key! We have also been reviewing the silicone teething necklaces for our children for this purpose!
Be sure to check out our thoughts and experiences in our Desert Made Jewelry Review.

About the prize: Three lucky winners will receive a 12” amber baby teething necklace, and three lucky winners will receive a 14” silicone teething necklace!

About the giveaway: This giveaway begins on 12/22 and ends on 1/5 at 11:00pm (times are Central) and is open to US residents ages 18+. Please refer to the full terms and conditions in the Giveaway Tools.

Mirror Calendars Giveaway Hosted by Heart of a Philanthropist

Sponsored by Mirror Calendars

Mirror Calendars
Mirror Calendars: People Like Me is a project that was started by Anne Nessa. They create calendars that focus on those with special needs and capture their loving essence. Having 3 special needs children and having my own as well, we can definitely appreciate their heart. We have connected with many families that have special needs children as well and we often talk about how we want our children to feel comfortable just being themselves! Not only does Mirror Calendars celebrate this, they help raise awareness as well!

Find out more about Mirror Calendars when you check out the full Mirror Calendars Review on Heart of a Philanthropist.

This giveaway ends on 12/15 at 8:00am Central Time and is open to US residents ages 18+. Please refer to the full terms and conditions in the Giveaway Tools.
