I had the chance to try Svetol for a couple of weeks. Svetol is a natural plant extract of decaffeinated green coffee rich in active components. As with any supplement, I think it needs to be taken consistently for a longer period of time in order to experience the full benefits. One thing I really appreciate is that they acknowledge Svetol is meant to be used in conjunction with good nutrition and fitness. So often I have seen supplements that promise to be a “quick fix,” but don’t encourage an improvment in your health and fitness lifestyle. That always raises a red flag for me, so when I saw right on the bottle that they encourage overall improved nutrition and fitness I knew they are serious about helping people get healthy!
Svetol harnesses the benefits of coffee, in a plant concentrate, and provides proven effectiveness for Slimming and Beauty and possesses a unique composition whose effectiveness has been clinically proven. In the time I have been using it I have noticed I don’t feel hungry all the time, which is a big deal. I tend to snack when I’m bored, but if I don’t feel hungry I’m less likely to snack when I don’t need to! I’ve also experienced improved digestion, which is fantastic because my digestive system likes to give me issues! When your digestive system isn’t working correctly it’s harder to get rid of toxins and lose weight. I definitely see Svetol as being beneficial long-term!
