I’ve always been a fan of Goody products, and I was really excited to try the spin pins! I received a set of the dark hair spin pins. I really love putting my hair in a bun, but with all my layers I can’t just put it up in one bun. In fact, I can’t do much with my hair at all most of the time, which drives me crazy! It did mention on the hair ideas you could use it for two buns, and I was definitely excited to try it! I was afraid putting just one pin through each bun wouldn’t hold it well since if it was one big bun you would use both spin pins. I also have very thick hair, so that was a concern for me as well. I was pleasantly surprised how well it held them! I did have layers popping out, which I would totally expect due to the major differences in my layers, but ultimately I liked the look! I think it looks cute and relaxed!

Another thing I really enjoyed about the spins pins is that they’re easy to use and don’t require a pony tail holder in addition to the spin pins. Because I get headaches easily sometimes having my hair pulled up tightly can increase my headaches. Because the spin pins don’t require the pony tail holders the style is very loose, so there isn’t a lot of tension. The style held for a considerable amount of time as well! I’m really excited to have discovered the spin pins. I think they are fun, versatile, and simple to use!
