We had the chance to review the Fast Track Bible Pack: New Testament from Wizzy Gizmo. It is a set of cards made up of 27 total cards. They have a summary of all of the New Testament books and breaks them down into key information – number of chapters, date, key chapters and passages, key doctrines, key people, and an outline.
The Fast Track Bible Pack can be used in a variety of ways. I found that the cards aren’t intuitive on their own. At least not for me, but I am mostly a “by the book” kind of person and am more creatively challenged than some. I was definitely glad that they include Suggested Use on their website because that helped me a lot. The suggested use is broken down by age: 2-5, 6-8, 9-11, and 12 and up.
Needless to say, they are pretty flexible and can be a resource that can be used for the whole family. If you have family Circle Time, for example, you could use it with children of all ages. You can tailor it to go slowly with younger children, but build upon it with the older children during their independent work.
I am using them with our older two children – ages 8 and 6. Because we do much of our homeschooling together, our preschooler often joins in as well. When he seems more in tune to join us, I will read the summary and theme and a key verse or key doctrine. This is what is recommended for the 2-5 age, but then I work with the older two children to memorize the author, date, and number of chapters. This is the only addition in the suggested use for the 6-8 ages range, so this worked really well for us.
We have been incorporating it into our homeschool as part of our circle time. We use it 4-5 days per week. I will read the summary and theme to them every day that week to begin. Then I will choose something from the key chapters or passages. Sometimes I introduce a few of these per week, though other times I have read the same way over a 2-3 day span until I felt they were understanding it and retaining it. For memory work, we work on it daily. Usually we do this with our lessons as well, though, I randomly ask them sporadically as well, which I, personally, think is important when doing memory work.
It is recommended for homeschooling to do one card per week. At first, I couldn’t decide if I should just do one card per week because that means we wouldn’t finish the card or if I should keep using the same card until we finish it. I ultimately decided to do one card per week even though we don’t finish them. I chose this because I know it is something we will be using long-term, and I think going back to them and both reinforcing what we’ve learned and learning more about each book as well. Because it is so flexible you can do whatever works best for your family!
Overall, we’ve really been enjoying Fast Track Bible Pack. It can be used at a pace that works best for us, encourages us to dig deeper into God’s Word, and we can use it all together as a family. The Fast Track Bible Pack: New Testament can be purchased for $14.99. See an example of one of the cards from this flexible Bible Study at the bottom of the page.

I love reading reviews of teaching or spreading God’s Word! This one caught my eye right away. Wizzy Gizmo Fast Track Bible Pack can be used at a pace that works best for you, encourages you to dig deeper into God’s Word, and can be use all together as a family. I have always believed that the seed should be planted into a child early. They will remember & need God their whole lives.
Exactly! It’s so important to plant that seed from the beginning, and it’s a blessing to watch them grow in body and faith!
