YumEarth – a Healthier Candy for Easter

April 5, 2014 by Emilee Evans

Easter is around the corner, and one of the first things we see out on the store shelves is all the Easter candy. Although treats aren’t our main focus for Easter, we still have egg hunts and add candy to the eggs with the Scripture scrolls and other Easter symbols. What are health conscious parents to do, though, when looking for goodies? Simple! Choose healthier options! YumEarth makes it easy by offering by offering treats with no artificial ingredients, and the best part is, they taste good, too! They would make great Easter treats!
YumEarth Easter
With YumEarth, I know my kids won’t be having treats with artificial dyes (which we work really hard to avoid particularly because we found it increases their sensory issues), artificial sweeteners, etc. Plus they are gluten-free as well, which is a lifestyle choice we are working towards. What’s more, though, is they use real fruit extracts and grow their ingredients on sustainable family farms, which definitely appeals to eco-conscious consumers like myself as well! I love that they make an effort not only to offer treats that are better for our families, but for our environment as well!
We have had a chance to review a variety of YumEarth Organic candies including the Organic Gummy Bears and Organic Lollipops. Our kids love them and are always asking for more! Now that they are available in more local stores than ever after adding 7,000 Walgreens stores to their already growing list of stores in which they are sold, it’s even easier to make a healthier choice!
So if you like to add Easter treats to the kids’ baskets, check out YumEarth for a healthier candy for Easter!

They ought to make some Gummy Bunnies for Easter next year! In pastel colors with nice long ears you can bite off first. Seriously though, what parent wouldn’t appreciate candy without all the JUNK that most contain? And kids will love it because it still tastes great. ๐Ÿ™‚

I love that the YumEarth candies are gluten free. I will be looking for these candies at Wal-green’s and I will be using them to fill Easter baskets this year.

I absolutely LOVE YumEarth products! For all of the obvious reasons, I love that they are organic and have no artificial ingredients. It makes me feel so much better about giving my kids a treat, especially since they have no idea that it’s good for them! ๐Ÿ™‚

I see these at the store when we shop and I am always tempted to get them but our son really doesnt eat sweets. He rather have fruit leather/strips in which I am working on trying to make at home but not sure where to start. He, forever reason, will not eat lollipops or gummies. I know he is weird! I think that Im just going to have to pick up some just for myself…lol
