Houston Area Home Shows {Ticket Giveaway!}

I love home improvement, decorating, and garden ideas. I could sit and watch home improvement shows all day! Even though we rent, I can still find a lot of inspiration for things I CAN do and really make this rental feel like home! Wouldn’t it be neat to get those ideas in person? Can you imagine ideas for home decorating, remodeling, landscaping, as well as home décor, outdoor and garden products? Wouldn’t it be great to see “how-to” seminars and talk to the expert?
You don’t have to imagine because there are TWO Home and Garden Shows in the Houston area coming up! Not only will they have everything I mentioned, but they will also feature DIY Expert and Host Jason Cameron! He happens to be a native of Northwest Ohio just an hour from where I grew up! More importantly, though, he’s a licensed contractor with a passion for home improvement and landscaping! (Wow do I need some landscaping tips!) He is featured on DIY Network’s Desperate Landscapes and Man Caves.

The 8th Annual Katy Home and Garden Show is back for 2014 and will feature more than 250 exhibits ranging from kitchens & baths to windows, walls and flooring to lush landscapes designs! They will all be on display January 25th-26th at the Merrell Center and Robinson Pavilion in Katy.
Show attractions include an Outdoor Living Showcase, Gift and Garden Market, Free Food Sampling, a Mini Gift Market and more! It, of course, also features Jason Cameron! See the full Show Features for the Katy Home and Garden Show.
You can check out the Feature Exhibitors and the Seminar Schedule so you can plan your day in advance! If you need a food break there will be food trucks open during the event!
When: Saturday, January 25th from 10:00am – 6:00pm and Sunday, January 26th from 11:00am – 5:00pm

Admission: $9 for Adults, $8 for Seniors, $5 with Military ID, and Kids 12 and under are FREE! *facility charges $1 per ticket fee – which will be added at time of purchase

Introducing the Inaugural Lake Conroe Home and Garden Show! Robyn and Jeff Cade, owners of RJC Productions which produces home shows in other areas of Houston, recognized the growth in the area and were excited to expand this year to introduce the Home and Garden Show to Conroe! The Lake Conroe Home and Garden Show will feature over 200 displays in home decorating, remodeling, landscaping, as well as home décor, outdoor and garden products!
